How long will my order take to arrive?
All of our products are made to order to ensure the highest quality. Please allow 7–10 working days for your order to be produced and delivered.
I live locally, can I collect my order?
Unfortunately, we do not offer local collection. As all items are made to order, they are shipped directly from our production partners to you.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
At this time, we only ship within the UK. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
Do you accept returns?
Because every item is made to order, we operate a restricted returns policy, limited to defects or misprints.
However, as we are a small independent business, customer satisfaction is our top priority, so if there is an issue with your order, please get in touch with us right away and we will do everything we can to resolve the problem.
Will there be new products?
Yes! We are constantly developing new designs and releasing fresh collections, so keep an eye out for new additions to our range.
